Just wanted to let everyone know how well Tobey
has and is adjusting to his new home. He is so very loved here. He
is extremely calm and patient and gets along well with his Australian shepherd
sister. They wrestle alot and Tobey tends to get frustrated with losing
the matches although he probably won't be losing the matches for long. It
is the funniest thing to see him hanging on to the aussie's ear and being
dragged around the house because he won't let go. He went to the vet the
other day and everyone there loved him, including the 14 week old lab that he
befriended at the vets. He has trouble understanding that peeing on the
floor is not acceptable and he has not yet realized that the kitty is not a chew
toy.
My
husband and I always comment on the fact that we no longer live in a house, but
in a zoo and we are merely the zoo keepers. But, when I've had a bad day
and I walk in the door, there is a little OES that is jumping up and down, so
that makes everything all worth it.
Thank you Sue for your great devotion to these
animals. Anyone that I come across who shows interest in owning one of
these beautiful dogs, I
always send to your web site. I hope that everyone is truly enjoying their new
family member
