My Name is Kathy , we adopted Daisy this last Summer from Sue.  Her mother is Idun.  We were apprehensive also when we decided to purchase a puppy over the Internet, but My daughter who also adopted Chloe, Thora's pup,  talked us into it.  So On September 18th I believe the two puppies were flown to Calgary and then to O'Hare Airport.  We live in Milwaukee, WI so my husband took the day off to pick up the two puppies.

 

They were so cute when then came home.  They were running and jumping and playing with each other.   Daisy is a delight to have.  Of Course we had the puppy problems, getting her to be house trained, looking back, it actually was pretty quick.  While you are going through it, it seems like the pup won't ever "get it"  but it all comes together.

 

We have a trainer that comes to our home once a week, and Daisy is being trained.  Oh, Don't get me wrong, she does have a mind of her own, but she is very very intelligent.  She learned how to sit, stay down, rollover "pray" very very quickly the "come" takes a little doing, even today at 6 months old she comes 90 per cent of the time, the other time she strolls around the back yard, turns at us and walks very slowly, just to say "I'm not ready to come in just yet".  She is a good girl and we love her so much.

We had an OES but she died from Hip Dysplasia.  Her Name was Molly.  We loved her so much and thought there would never be any room to love another.  We gave Daisy a chance and she has crawled and licked her way into our hearts and we would never ever give her up for anything.  Naughty or good, we have her for the long haul.
