Hi from Sigrid, Peter, Pooh and Max.
I just wanted you all to know we trained Max
to be an avid gardener. He got the watering can down to a tee but
otherwise we will work on the digging in the flowerbeds and ripping off
all the flowers. We just have fun with the dogs but still a lot of
training ahead of us.
I also wanted to apologize for mixing up some
owners with the wrong dog, my brain does not work so well with watching a
puppy all day. So to all of youi have a nice weekend and hoping hearing
from you and your puppies Sigrid and Peter.

Hi Sue
I hope everything is fine with you.
Just a progress report on Max.
His aggressive behaviour changed from being a little monster to a very active little puppy in a constant play-mode with short intervals of napping away. He likes to get everyone involved in his tireless effort for new games with his toys. His little birdie (picture) is his favourite. Pooh now has accepted him and they both rest side by side and what surprised us the most he (Pooh) gets engaged in Max's chase game. Lot's of barking on both ends when they are running around like crazy and it ends usually when Max seeks shelter under the garden-lounge and they both exchange friendly kisses.
He sleeps through the night ( I only take him out once ) without accident, however throughout the day we must be constantly on the watch and let him out quite frequently (every 30 minutes) due to the fact that he drinks a lot. Accidents are unavoidable but we are hopeful for improvement. Business# 2 is pretty much under control. He is very regular and predictable.
He learns very fast that hands, ankle, shoes, furniture and flowers are not part of his daily requirements and he reacts promptly to "No" and "Off".
So all in all he is the cutest and smartest little friend with lots of determination and character and we love him like our Pooh.
Best Regards, Sigrid and Peter. |
